Peter and Jess have both had success at National competitions.
Peter had his best ever medal haul at the British Gas National Masters Championships. Competing in the 35 – 39 age group Peter took Silver in the 200 Fly and 400 IM and Bronze in the 800 free. His 400 IM time was an all time personal best and in both the Fly and IM he improved his club records by over 5 seconds !
Jess represented Gloucester in the British Gas Division 2 ASA County Team Championships. Swimming against the top swimmers from 17 other counties Jess secured 3rd place in the 100 Back and 7th in the 100 Breast. She also swam the opening leg of the 200 medley relay handing over in second place. There were PB’s, Club 15yrs and Open records in the 50 Back and 100 Back.
