Sunday marked the last day of competing for this year's club champs, ending on long-time member Neil Holloway showing the younger boys how to swim by winning the Men's 100m Butterfly in 63 seconds. Not bad for an old man. There were good swims all round, especially from the younger swimmers who may have experienced competitive swimming for the first time, gaining necessary experience that will allow them to develop their swimming further. Speaking on behalf of the swimmers I would like to thank everyone who volunteered and gave up their time to allow the competition to go ahead. From the timekeepers and officials to the people behind the scenes processing the results, none of it could have been a success without you! Just a reminder for all trophy holders from last year to get them engraved if you haven't already ready for the presentation evening in the new year.
