Everyone should have received an email today notifying you which group(s) your child(ren) have been allocated together with a membership renewal form for next season. This is the first year that we have asked you to renew your membership electronically. If you have not received an email all the necessary documentation can be downloaded below. We are asking everyone to log onto swim club manager and update their swimmers details. Please ensure that : your home address is complete, contact details are correct and that you provide the club with up to date medical information. NB. Don’t forget to press the “Update Details” button at the bottom of the page. Once you have updated your swimmer’s details you need to return the membership renewal form to me together with the membership fee : £50 per swimmer. (One form and one cheque per family please.) The covering letter lists the training fees for each group. Please note that the first monthly instalment is due on 25 August. I will be available on Sunday 2 Sept (the first session back) if you have any queries and /or if you want to return your form & cheque to me then.
