The Henleaze Sheild gala is on Saturday 15th September. It is held under the same rules as the Arena League galas with ages at 31st December. You can download the teamsheet from this post.
All selected swimmers will receive an invite via Swim Club Manager and should accept or reject the invite electronically via that route.
This gala is the "warm up" gala for the Arena League Series in October, November & December. Swimmers in this group should expect selection for the Arena League teams and plan for those days accordingly. The dates of the Arena League Galas to keep clear are:
