Congratulations to all the swimmers who took part in the first round of the Cotswold League on 11th January 2025 at Easton. What a fun night it was, with some great swims from all. Southwold achieved a very well deserved first place at our gala. A great start to the year! Round 2 of 4 is on February 1st.....
The Cotswold League is a competition involving 20 teams and over 500 swimmers from across 5 counties. Five galas run simeltaneously for each round and the points build up from each event.
Our first round was against Bath Dolphins, Cwmbran and Cheltenham S&W and we are sitting in second in the league table, which is great after the first round. We thank all the swimmers selected for confirming and competing, if you are selected please do your upmost to attend. A big thank you to all the volunteers who made the night run smoothly and a big thank you to Neil for his hard work with the team selecting.
